 Orders placed over a weekend or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking Details & Courier Information

Dispatch notification & tracking details:

  • you will receive a Shipping Notification email when your order is processed. This will contain the courier details and a tracking number
  • tracking is not live until after 5pm, when the parcel enters the courier network - checking before this time will result in an error message

Our Couriers:

We use a range of couriers to ensure the best service depending on your location, any known carrier issues or depending on the size/value of the item. We use:

  • DPD
  • FedEx
  • Royal Mail

We select the most appropriate courier for your order. If you prefer a specific courier, please get in touch and we’ll try to meet your request. This isn’t always possible and may require a paid upgrade depending on your location or parcel size.


Safe Places and "In-Flight" Options

Our couriers may offer delivery options such as leaving your parcel in a safe place, delivering to a neighbour, or changing the delivery day. These options are managed directly through the courier’s app or tracking link.

Please note that if you choose to divert your parcel or request a safe place, you accept responsibility for the security of the parcel once the courier confirms delivery. We cannot be held liable for loss or damage if the parcel is left as per your instructions.


DPD PIN - for High Value orders

For security, high-value purchases may be delivered using the DPD PIN-on-Delivery system.
Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will send you a secure 4-digit PIN by email, SMS, or through the DPD app.

You’ll need to give this PIN to the driver when your parcel arrives. The driver cannot release the parcel without the correct PIN. This helps prevent fraud and ensures that your order is handed directly to you.

Finance Orders

Cut-off & Processing

  • Finance orders must be fully completed by 1:00pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch.
  • If your application is referred for review by Novuna, dispatch may be delayed until the next working day. We cannot speed up Novuna’s decision process.
  • Orders are only shipped once all documents are signed and the agreement has been approved.

Delivery Address Rules

  • Finance orders must be delivered to the billing address on the finance agreement.

  • Even if you enter a different delivery address at checkout, the parcel will still be sent to the billing address.

  • We will try to contact you if the addresses don’t match, but if we cannot reach you, the parcel will still go to the billing address to avoid delays.

  • You must be at home to receive the parcel. It cannot be left with a neighbour, at a ParcelShop, etc.

Delivery Method

For security, finance orders and high-value purchases are delivered using the DPD PIN-on-Delivery system. Please see infomation above.

BFPO Orders

We accept British Forces Posted Overseas (BFPO) orders using the BFPO postage system. However, please note that size and weight restrictions apply. In some cases, this may require splitting your order into multiple parcels, or in rare instances, we may be unable to fulfil the order.

How to Enter a BFPO Address at Checkout

  • Billing Address: Enter your UK billing address and provide a contact phone number in case we need to reach you.
  • Shipping Address: Please use the following format when entering your BFPO delivery details:
    • First Name: Service Number
    • Last Name: Rank and Name
    • Company: Company
    • Address 1: Unit or Regiment
    • Address 2: Any additional relevant address information
    • City: Operation or Location Name (if applicable) or BFPO number
    • County: BFPO Number
    • Postcode: BFPO Postcode

VAT on BFPO Orders

If your BFPO address is eligible for VAT free orders, we can refund your VAT once your order has been placed or you can contact us in advance to arrange to place with order without VAT.

 

BFPO orders cannot pay using Finance.

Channel Islands

If you are a Channel Islands resident, we can arrange a VAT refund on your order.

Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange a VAT-free purchase before placing your order.

Please note that your billing and delivery address must be in the Channel Islands for you to be eligible for VAT-free purchasing.

Orders to the Channel Islands are subject to the "Highlands & Islands" delivery charges outlined above.

International Delivery & Mail Forwarding

We do not offer international shipping. Our products are only intended for use within the United Kingdom.

We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We are not currently able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

Orders placed using mail forwarding addresses will be cancelled without notice. This includes any address we believe to be linked to a forwarding service.
