"Working Days" are Monday-Friday excluding any bank holidays.
Our order cut-off point for same-day dispatch is 3pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays) for most orders.
Orders placed after this point will not be dispatched until the following day. Please consider this when choosing a postage method. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday. Therefore, orders with a Saturday or Sunday postage requirement must be placed by 3pm on a Friday.
This information is also repeated in your Shopping Basket and at the checkout when you choose a delivery option.
Mainland UK is any area of the UK excluding any UK islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands. Please see information further down the page for areas classed as "Highlands and Islands."
Please note: we do not deliver outside the UK, with the exception of orders for British Forces Overseas using the BFPO postage service.
We will not deliver to mail forwarding services, and any orders found to be using a mail forwarding address will be cancelled without notice.
There may be some circumstances where we use an alternative service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will always choose the method that will ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible. You will be provided with courier and tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email.

Free delivery is a 3–4 working day service, available on orders over £100. Free delivery is available to the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands, UK islands, and Northern Ireland. Free delivery isn't available on "oversized items" – please see below for more information on these.
We use FedEx exclusively for all deliveries. We will ensure your item(s) are delivered to your location within your chosen timeframe using the most suitable FedEx service.
Royal Mail - £2.95
Small items will be sent using Royal Mail. This can take up to 2-3 Working days for delivery under normal circumstances, but this may take longer at peak times including Christmas. If you need something quickly, please choose a "Next Working Day" courier option at the checkout.
Our courier for all deliveries is FedEx. We will send your item using the most appropriate FedEx service to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept requests for alternative couriers.
Tracking information is provided by email and/or SMS if you have provided a mobile number at the time of ordering.
If we are unable to fulfil an order using your selected delivery method, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of your options and/or issue a partial refund if required.
Oversized items are any very large / heavy / bulky / long items. Oversized items are NOT eligible for free delivery or priority services as outlined below.
They are charged at £7.95 for a 2-3 working day service.
Oversized items include (but are not limited to) selected printers, monitors, background rolls, large backpacks or roller bags and other similarly bulky/heavy items. When you add these to your basket you can use you postage estimator to see if there will be a charge.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free delivery to UK island locations, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands. The free delivery and Next Working Day delivery options we provide for Mainland UK are already heavily subsidised to provide low cost options for our customers. It costs us more to post items to Highland and Island locations so we are unable to offer the same options. But, we have subsidised these as well in order to try to keep the costs low for customers in these areas too.
The locations we deem to be within the Scottish Highlands are set by the postcodes provided to us by DPD. You can use the Delivery Estimate option in your Shopping Basket to check if you fall into one of these areas and see all the options available.

Depending on your location, will depend on the speed of service available. This is based on your post code. Northern Ireland for example is usually a 2 working day service, but some locations within the Scottish Highlands can be 5 working days. The exact options available to you will be shown at the checkout or you can use the Delivery Estimate feature in your Shopping Basket.

Courier - £5.95- £9.95 (priced according to value, weight and size). Please use the Delivery Cost Estimator in your Basket.
Our main couriers are DPD, FedEx and Parcelforce, though for these locations we will sometimes use Royal Mail Special Delivery as it may offer a faster service. We will send your item with the best possible service for you at the time.
Tracking information will be emailed to you. In more remote locations your parcel may be passed from the main courier to a local service provider. In this case you may be contacted by them with updated tracking information.
These items are clearly displayed as such at the time of ordering. These items are not kept in stock and usually take 5-7 working days to arrive with us. Therefore, the only delivery option available on these items is a 6-8 working days before dispatch delivery method.
Working days are Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays.
We accept orders for British Forces Posted Overseas using the BFPO postage system. Please be aware that there are limitations on both size and weight to this service, which may mean your parcel requires splitting into two or in rare cases that we would be unable to fulfil your order.
If you wish to place an order to a BFPO address, please fill out the Delivery Address information at the Checkout as follows:

If your BFPO address is eligible for VAT free orders, we can refund your VAT once your order has been placed or you can contact us in advance to arrange to place with order without VAT.
If you are resident in the Channel Islands, we can arrange for your VAT to be refunded on your order. Or, you can contact us before placing an order to arrange to order without VAT. Your billing and delivery address must be based in the Channel Islands.
You will be subject to the "Highlands & Islands" delivery charges outlined above.
Please check your emails for a dispatch confirmation which will have your tracking number, the courier used and a link to track your parcel.
For DPD deliveries, DPD will also email/text you with more information. If you have your tracking number you can also visit the DPD website to track your parcel.
For Parcelforce deliveries, Parcelforce will email/text you with more information. If you have your tracking number you can also visit the Parcelforce website to track your parcel.
For FedEx deliveries, FedEx will email/text you with more information. If you have your tracking number you can also visit the FedEx website to track your parcel.
For Royal Mail Special Order or Signed For you can visit the Royal Mail website to track your parcel.
DPD, ParcelForce, FedEx and Royal Mail Special Delivery consignments will require a signature or a photograph of you receiving the parcel where a signature is not possible.
Some couriers will contact you by text or email to confirm a delivery slot, which you can rearrange if required. If you respond requesting your parcel be left in a secure location or have a secure location set on your existing account with a courier, you are liable for any loss that may occur. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card left for you or contact us for more information.
We only ship to UK addresses including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
We will not deliver to mail forwarding companies and orders using a mail forwarding provider address for delivery will be cancelled without notice.
Currently, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Please note, we are unable to guarantee next working day delivery for any order. We will dispatch your order on time, but as the delivery service is provided by a 3rd party we cannot guarantee their service. If you have paid for a premium or expedited service and this has not been met, we will of course refund any extra postage costs. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses you may incur as a result of a delayed delivery
Not all delivery methods allow "in flight" changes to be made. However, some couriers do provide these options on selected deliveries.
If your delivery has this option and you choose to leave your item in a "safe place" or to be delivered to an alternative address from that supplied on your order then please note we will not be held responsible should the item go missing. For example, if your safe place is a recycling bin or around the side of your house, someone could easily see this and take your parcel before you return home. By choosing to have your parcel delivered to an alternative location or safe place, you are taking responsibility for that location being safe and secure and therefore any liability should this not be the case.
Where the tracking and proof of delivery (images and or/GPS co-ordinates and/or driver statements) shows that the parcel was delivered in accordance with any instructions given, we will not reimburse or replace items.
Please consider this fully when deciding to make these changes and remember that we do allow delivery to a different address from the billing address - for example, a work address or a family member.
