In order to send you the Elinchrom Newsletter, we require your email address and we request your country (optional) to provide tailored information whenever possible.
Support Account
Good communication with our customers is a high priority for Elinchrom.
Opening an Elinchrom account allows you the full benefit of our support service, and the information requested during account creation helps us to improve this service.
In order to offer you as much help and support as possible, we ask for your name, contact details, and the type of unit you own.
Please note that opening an Elinchrom account is temporarily not possible.

- Elinchrom Product*
- Login*
- Password*
*Only for users who previously registered Elinchrom products for support.
When using the Android Elinchrom App
All the app features are available to you, even if you do not share your usage data.
When you opt-in for sharing usage data, we collect the following categories of personal data:
- Software install identifier
- Skyport identifier when connecting to an Elinchrom product

All data shared with Elinchrom remains private and you can delete it at any moment.
Elinchrom will not share or use your personal information in ways unrelated to the purpose for which you originally provided it. We will always request your consent before using your information for any other purpose.
All data shared with Elinchrom remains private and is stored only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it. You can at any time request access, erasure, rectification, restriction of processing of your data and have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent (without affecting prior processing), to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint.
Your contact details may be shared with your local Elinchrom Distributor to improve communication and support in general.
